About Us“DATA PRO” Ltd., is a Latvian IT Company with 17 years of experience. Over these years we have had some great achievements and established our place in the Latvian IT market. DATA PRO products and services are exported to several countries, among them being Lithuania, Russia, Kazakhstan, Estonia and Georgia. Our specialists have developed IT systems that are used successfully in Switzerland and USA. We are currently involved in the expansion of our export markets.
We use prudent marketing methods to provide our main customers, government agencies and businesses, with consultations or systems applicable to their business. Namely, we locate and identify the customers needing a product for their business without using aggressive marketing. In essence, our customers are like us - they purchase a product that they really need and they want value for money.
Our aim - To understand our customers’ needs and to develop software focussed on satisfying those needs. The customer comes to us with an idea or a need, but has limited resources - our focus is on understanding the real needs of the customer and creating the best possible solution. To do this, we create a symbiotic relationship, in which the customer provides us with information about what they wish or require, while we provide the customer with information about what can be developed and its potential use. Software development and implementation is a long process full of responsibility and not just a momentary transaction. When ordering software, a customer needs not only money, but a clear idea about what they need and must invest some time, so that the project which has to be implemented has a good and timely end result. The key to the success of a project cannot be measured purely by the amount of money invested. Commitment, cooperation and teamwork between DATA PRO and the customer are the key to the success of a project.
