NamzinIS stores and processes data about buildings, premises, owners, residents and lessees, makes payment calculation for services provided, preparation of invoices, as well as registration and management of payments. NamzinIS functionality:
• Stores and processes information on buildings (houses), their repairs and agreements related thereto; • Stores and processes basic information on buildings’ premises (apartments) and fixes history of alterations of this information; • Stores and processes information on all residents and lessees of premises of the relevant buildings’ apartments; • Fixes a complete set of services provided for every premises (apartment) and history of its alterations; • Fixes data on providers of services, legal and physical persons and amounts of services provided; • Draws up invoices for services provided with a necessary degree of detailing (VAT, subsidies, delay monies, debts); • Saves information on payments received, registers payments in cash and by transfer, controls premises’ balance; • Draws up financial documents envisaged in legislation (revenue – expenditure ledger, receipts, payment orders, etc.); • Draws up documents to be issued to tenants/lessees and other residents; • Draws up reports on status and process of houses’ management. Program is envisaged for small and medium managers of houses with a total number of the objects managed (apartments, lease premises) up to 1000.
